1Engagement overview

A coordinated path to a reestablished CRA

BusinessFlare® structured the engagement to prepare the Finding of Necessity and the CRA Plan concurrently — work in the early tasks informs both deliverables — carrying the City through the full statutory process under Chapter 163, Part III, Florida Statutes.

Scope A

Finding of Necessity

Establishes that slum/blight conditions exist and that redevelopment is necessary — the statutory basis for reestablishing the CRA.

Scope B

Community Redevelopment Plan

The full plan: existing conditions, goals, priority projects, TIF projections, and the documents needed for adoption.
